ABOUT KWESI BOURNE

Kwesi L. Bourne is the owner of KLB Investment Realty, a firm specializing in commercial and investment real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and joint venture opportunities. As a licensed bilingual broker, he operates through Synercapital Investment Realty, where he previously served as Broker of Record (2019–2022). With over a decade of experience, Kwesi is recognized for his expertise in multi-family, retail, and infill developments across Ontario. He has facilitated transactions ranging from smaller plex sales under $500K to large portfolio deals exceeding $20M.

Operating from offices in Ottawa and Rockland, ON, Kwesi has worked with private investors, family businesses, syndication groups, and institutional clients. His hands-on experience as a property owner, combined with his work in asset management and investor capital raising, allows him to provide valuable insights to his clients.
