Kwesi L. Bourne is the owner of KLB Investment Realty, a firm specializing in commercial and investment real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and joint venture opportunities. As a licensed bilingual broker, he operates through Synercapital Investment Realty, where he previously served as Broker of Record (2019–2022). With over a decade of experience, Kwesi is recognized for his expertise in multi-family, retail, and infill developments across Ontario. He has facilitated transactions ranging from smaller plex sales under $500K to large portfolio deals exceeding $20M.

Operating from offices in Ottawa and Rockland, ON, Kwesi has worked with private investors, family businesses, syndication groups, and institutional clients. His hands-on experience as a property owner, combined with his work in asset management and investor capital raising, allows him to provide valuable insights to his clients. He has successfully secured investor funding for personal, syndicated, and client acquisitions.
